William Heaton is responsible for the overall implementation and architecture of various R&D concepts that Cryptocybernetics develops. Heaton is also actively involved in the consulting services division as a technical expert in many intellectual property and discovery activities.

John Painter brings 30 years of innovation and broad technology understanding to Cryptocybernetics. Using his diverse background he drives Cryptocybernetics Products, Research Department, along with serving as a valuable asset to Cryptocybernetics clients for the various consulting roles.

Painter has been a leader in the field of computer aided video processing and image processing. Painter developed several proof of concept products for Microsoft and various military projects. Painter has a long history of work in the operating systems design, image processing and windowing technology field dating back to the late seventies with Digital Equipment Corporation, Raster Technologies and Apollo. While actively involved in the graphics community, Painter has also been involved in a diverse range of other projects in file systems research and hierarchical data storage. Painter has patents and pending patents in image processing, video processing, data security and user interface design.

Pavel Treskunov works as a Consulting Fellow in both the product and consulting services divisions (CryptoICS). Brining depth in software development, best practices and project lifecycles, he is involved in many facets of the organization.

Dmitry serves as the Manager of Operations for the subsidiary CryptoUA managing the daily operations at the Ukraine development office. Dmitry's strong background in Ukrainian business operations and corporate management provides and integral link to the trans-Atlantic subsidiary.

Prior to joining Cryptocybernetics, Dmitry developed and managed several successful businesses in the Ukraine.
