October 2006 - The WilmerHale (www.wilmerhale.comlaw firm has engaged Cryptocybernetics Consulting division (CryptoICS) to assist is various discovery and analysis tasks in support of litigation matters.  

June 2006- Cryptocybernetics has combined several key technologies and years of research in launching it’s Cerberus Media Solutions product for closed distribution systems such as in-flight entertainment, mobile VOD, and studio content management. Combining advanced cryptography mechanisms and chain-of-custody technology; Cerberus is able to provide content providers the most secure management of their data.

February 2006- CryptoICS a division of Cryptocybernetics, LLC has signed a partnership agreement with Bridge Consulting NW. The partnership comes as a strategic move for CryptoICS as it expands its consulting services division to support more clients and research development work. The partnership will allow CryptoICS to gain access to large numbers of talent developers, while providing additional consulting services to Bridge Consulting NW clients.

January 2006- Cryptocybernetics an emerging leader in research and development in a vast array of industries, announces that it is extending its services and infrastructure though the acquisition of Conflux, LLC. Conflux is a premier high-end Internet Service Provider. The two companies reached an agreement on the first of January and the acquisition is expected to be complete by the end of March. Conflux, LLC will be integrated as part of Cryptocybernetics Consulting Service Division, CryptoICS. “By adding Conflux to the CryptoICS division will allow us to greatly expand our service offerings to existing and new clients” said Jason Smith, Vice President of Strategy.

As part of the acquisition John Painter will assume the role of Chief Technology Officer of Cryptocybernetics and be responsible for driving the research and innovation efforts.

Cryptocybernetics will pay cash for the assets of ConfluX, the exact financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
